How do I place an order?

How is Mr. Lighting able to ofer such low prices?

Mr. Lighting buys directly from manufacturers in Canada and the United States. Our short supply chain allows us to go straight to the source and we sell directly to you – there are no other wholesalers, distributors or retailers between us. This enables us to offer led products at attractive prices.

Once I’ve placed an order, how long will it take for me to receive my item?

During the order process on our website, you have the option to select your preferred shipping method, which can range from standard all the way through to express next-day delivery. View our Shipping Policy to see all of your options and the cost for each.

Does Mr. Lighting ofer any warranties or guarantees on its products?

All of our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties vary according to the type of led product and all information can be found in the description section for each item.

Yes. To receive a full refund for any item, you must ship it back to Mr. Lighting within 30 days of your original shipment date.
