In the event you’re not completely satisfied with your Mr. Lighting order, our return policy is comprehensive and straightforward. SHIPPING

SHIPPING RATE

The shipping cost for most items depends on the size, weight, shipping method, and delivery address. See below to find out if shipping costs will be applied to orders.

A rate calculated by our shipping system applies to orders under $499, before taxes and fees.

To avoid paying this fee, please note that an order’s subtotal is above $499. This provides a complete free shipping.

Free shipping are only applied on domestic Canadian orders. International shipping charges are based on the delivery location and the weight of the package. The shipping costs will be provided at checkout, and the recipient is responsible for all customs fees including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. The carrier will usually attempt to collect these charges at the time of delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Canadian shipping, tax will be shown and charged once the order is placed.

For international shipping, there is no charge tax at check out. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. Please contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Mrlighting.com orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily exchange or return your item. Item must be in new and unused condition and returned within 30 days from purchase date. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Gift cards

Any item under Traditional Bulbs category.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

To return your product, you may use any shipping method, at own expense. Please mail your product to: Unit 109, 5109 Steeles Ave. West, North York, ON, Canada M9L 2Y8.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Special order items including fixtures are not eligible for return. Please include a copy of original invoice so that we can credit properly.

We do not refund return shipping cost. However, if any error was made on our end, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label to be used at no cost to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].

SALES ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, and unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: Unit 109, 5109 Steeles Ave. West, North York, ON, Canada M9L 2Y8.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
