How do I place an order?

Click on the type of led you are interested in purchasing. Browse through our selection until you find a piece you like. Click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ when you’re ready and follow the instructions to place your order.

What credit cards does Mr. Lighting accept?

Does Mr. Lighting offer any warranties or guarantees on its products?

Typically our items come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties vary according to the type of led product and all information can be found in the specification section for each item.

Once I’ve placed an order, how long will it take for me to receive my item?

During the order process on our website, you have the option to select your preferred shipping method, which can range from standard all the way through to express next-day delivery. Orders will be shipped out within 24-72 hours once orders has been received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped out with tracking information. If items are special order or backordered, a follow-up phone call or email will inform you an estimate delivery schedule. View our Shipping Policy to see all of your options and the cost for each.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order or change your order, please contact your Account Manager or the Customer Service Department during normal business hours. Be sure to have your order number ready and Mr. Lighting Customer Service will be happy to help you. The order may be cancelled without penalty unless the product has already shipped, reached a certain level in the fulfillment process or the order includes a specialty item.

What happens if my order is lost or damaged?

Mr. Lighting employs professional packers and shipping technicians experienced and trained in the shipment of glass. With all the precautions taken by our staff to ship products securely, it is rare that an order is lost or damaged. In the instance that loss or damage has occurred, our Customer Service Department is available to assist with a resolution.

Does Mr. Lighting have any security measures in place to protect consumer privacy?

Can I return an item for full refund?

Yes. We hope every customer to be satisfied with shopping at mrlighting.com. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for any reason. To receive a full refund for any item, you must ship it back to Mr. Lighting within 30 days of your original shipment date. Your item must be accompanied by a return form, which you can download here. Please note that Mr. Lighting must receive your return package within 30 days of the original shipment date. Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip. Can I exchange an item?

Yes. To exchange one item for another, you must ship your original item back to Mr. Lighting within 30 days of your original shipment date.
