The Optimus 4ft LED T5 Tube is specified at 12.5W, 3500K. For a maintenance replacement, belongs in a fixture designed around the same T5 tube geometry; check both holder spacing and the cover clearance. Choose 3500K when that colour matches neighbouring lights in the break room or work area; this choice does not by itself establish the required brightness. For desks and circulation areas, compare the 1480 lumens lamp output with the existing tube before choosing the replacement. Fixture condition and mounting height affect the result.

This 12.5W version belongs in the matching 48-inch T5 lamp position, with the operating circuit suited to the lamp. The G5 base must correspond to the installed lampholders. The ballast-compatible arrangement for retains a compatible electronic ballast in the fixture.
