Keep the cool 6500K appearance of an existing installation with F32T8/865. This 32W fluorescent T8 lamp fits a compatible nominal 4ft fitting with G13 lampholders and is supplied as a pack of 30.

A suitable fluorescent troffer can spread the light through its diffuser in a workroom, while a socketed strip exposes more of the tube. If other fittings remain in service, matching their 6500K colour avoids placing a much warmer lamp beside them. Use the appropriate fluorescent ballast for this fluorescent version.

The linked R42126 LED tube offers a 6500K setting in the same nominal length and base. It is a Type B conversion: disconnect the fluorescent ballast and rewire the fitting according to the lamp instructions. Its light output and sales unit differ from this 30-pack; compare both before ordering.

LED alternatives to assess for this 6500K lamp are RENO-LEDT8-13W-DV-MCCT-48GC (4FT) (Type B), RENO-LEDT8-MW-DV-MCCT(4FT) (Type B), RENO-LEDT8BP-10.5W-5CCT-48G (4FT) (Type B). Selectable options should be set to 6500K for the same colour temperature. For Type B use, a qualified installer must rewire the fitting with the ballast bypassed or removed according to the model instructions.
