Luminiz 4" Square Slimlite LED Downlight - 9W - 5CCT - White

The Luminiz DQ45CCTW brings a flat white square trim and frosted diffuser to recessed ceiling lighting. Its broad 110-degree beam suits general illumination in hallways, kitchens and small commercial interiors where a low-profile fixture is preferred. The 9W integrated LED design is also wet-location rated, making it an option for bathroom ceiling lighting when installed according to the manufacturer's requirements.

Five selectable colour temperatures let you coordinate the lighting with the room: choose 3000K for a warmer appearance, 3500K or 4000K for a more neutral look, or 5000K or 6000K for a cooler tone. Colour temperature changes the appearance of the light; brightness can be adjusted separately with a compatible dimmer. Luminiz specifies a 10%-100% dimming range and publishes a tested dimmer list to help you choose the control.

Side spring clips secure the light in the ceiling without a separate recessed housing. The manufacturer specifies a 4-1/4 inch (108 mm) cut size; the nominal 4-inch name is not the opening measurement. The square trim measures approximately 120 mm across and the light body is 12 mm thick. Allow additional room above the ceiling for the included 104 x 70 x 35 mm junction box and driver, and confirm the opening against the manufacturer's dimensions before cutting.

Connect the included driver and junction box to a 120V AC, 60Hz supply. The fixture is IC rated and airtight. Each purchase is one white downlight with its junction box and driver; the manufacturer's 24-piece case quantity is not the selling unit.
