Keep the warm-white appearance of an existing fluorescent installation with the F32T8/830. This 4ft T8 lamp uses 32W and has a fixed 3000K colour, with 30 lamps supplied in the pack.

For a reception area or staff room already fitted with 3000K fluorescent lighting, matching that colour can be preferable to introducing a noticeably cooler lamp. The tube belongs in a fitting designed for its G13 base, length and fluorescent operating system, such as a suitable troffer or socketed strip fixture. The light level still depends on the fitting and lamp arrangement, not on the warm colour alone.

For an LED conversion at the same nominal length and colour, compare the related 3000K Type A tube with the selectable Type B tube set to 3000K. The Type A option uses a compatible electronic ballast. The Type B option requires the ballast to be bypassed and the fixture rewired. Light output and the sales quantity differ from this fluorescent pack.

To compare LED upgrades at 3000K, consider WLL-LEDT8BC10/830/HE(4FT) (Type A), RENO-LEDT8-13W-DV-MCCT-48GC (4FT) (Type B), RENO-LEDT8-MW-DV-MCCT(4FT) (Type B), RENO-LEDT8BP-10.5W-5CCT-48G (4FT) (Type B). Choose the 3000K setting on selectable-colour versions. Type A operation retains a compatible electronic ballast. Type B operation requires ballast bypass or removal and rewiring by a qualified installer to the exact model instructions. Check the LED lumen output and pack size against the original lamp before ordering.
